This is a major date on the international yachting calendar. The organiser of this legendary regatta is the Real Club Nautico Palma (RCNP), and they have been hosting the event since inception in 1982.
Sailors from all over the world descend on Palma, Majorca to participate. This gives the event a truly international flavour. King Juan Carlos 1st of Spain was a regular competitor winning the trophy twice back in the 1990’s skippering Jose Cusi’s “Rogue”.
