Yachtmaster Xpress Course: Student update

Our Yachtmaster Xpress Course is an intensive 13 week training package for students seeking to achieve the RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate of Competence.

Our most recent YMX course started in January. The boys are now 6 weeks in and so far have achieved their RYA Competent Crew, RYA Day Skipper and RYA Coastal Skipper. On Monday this week, under the watchful eye of Chief Instructor Pippa, they set off on their 5 week Yachtmaster Training Cruise, heading South to the Grenadines. On the trip they will visit: St. Lucia, Tobago Cays and several islands in the St. Vincent & Grenadines region.

They will also undertake an Atlantic passage to Barbados before heading back to Grenada via Trinidad & Tobago. The final week of their cruise will be back to Antigua via Martinique. They will then undergo their final week of intense Yachtmaster Offshore preparation before they face their examiner!
